Ola Jackson is the owner and operator of Martinique Desserterie.
She began selling donuts at the local farmers market in Musquodoboit Harbour in 2022, and her passion for baking and great food led to opening the storefront in 2023.

Leah is a recent graduate from the pastry arts program at NSCC. She completed her program placement with us and we immediately hired her once the program finished. Her hard work, reliability and love of baking makes her the perfect addition to our team and we are so excited to see this young baker flourish.
